A water leak can quickly lead to: - Property damage (floors, walls, furniture), - Leakage affecting neighboring units, - A significant increase in water consumption, - Risks of slipping or accidents.

First steps to take

1) Identify the source of the leak and secure the area

  1. Identify where the leak is coming from (tap, pipe, appliance, siphon, etc.).
  2. If possible, immediately shut off the water supply (shut-off valve or main supply).
  3. Place a container (bucket, basin) under the leak to collect the water.
  4. Use mops or towels to limit the spread. # Steps depending on the severity of the leak ### Method 1: Small leak (dripping or light flow)
  5. Check visible elements (connections, seals, siphon).
  6. Protect the area as much as possible (bucket, mop).
  7. Avoid using the affected equipment (sink, appliance, shower, etc.). ### Method 2: Major leak (continuous or heavy flow)
  8. Contact us immediately.
  9. Immediately shut off the water if this has not already been done.
  10. Try to slightly tighten accessible parts.
  11.
